Reks & Hawkins walk out in suits. They say they’re glad to be back on NXT, a show that they built from the ground up. Regal calls for security. Reks & Hawkins say that they applied for new jobs and Laurinaitis hired them as security. They get on the apron and say they’re here to serve and protect so little guys like Striker don’t get kidnapped. Striker lunges at them but Regal holds him back. Regal says until he gets a chance to talk to Laurinaitis, there is not much he can do. Regal says nothing better happen or getting fired will be the least of their worries. Hawkins says he and Reks are the eyes and ears of NXT and there is going to be change.
Johnny Curtis and Maxine are walking backstage and they run into Reks & Hawkins. Reks & Hawkins say they should just work together. They say they are in with Laurinaitis and Curtis and Maxine need to think about that if there is an NXT in the future. Maxine asks what they mean and they say forget about that for right now; they want to deliver a message from Laurinaitis. Reks produces a key and teases them with it before giving it to them and says “enjoy.”
Matt Striker shows up and calls Reks & Hawkins: Terra Rising and Giant Gonzales, and asks if they shouldn’t be out fighting bad guys. They pretend to be getting messages in their ear like the secret service and leave. Striker tells Maxine nobody believes her act like her wearing white on her wedding. Curtis finally gets the cuffs off and says even though he likes weird, Maxine is too weird and walks off. Maxine smiles as she tries to keep her snarl hidden.
Reks & Hawkins come out on the ramp as Percy and Kidd are walking up. They have Percy’s red shades and they confront him about it. They want Percy to come with them. Percy attacks them but they restrain Percy and take him to the back as Percy tries to resist.
